Very clean rooms complete with a sofa bed, a dining area and a radio. In fact, it has free parking. It is undoubtedly a family-friendly option when in Victoria.

breakfast offered variety of pleasant meals. the bed was comfortable, slept good. not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

Free Wi Fi worked well, no complaints. Location was within 5 min walking distance to Middle Harbour Beach. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like north of smokey diner that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
